A well established North America wide manufacturer and wholesale supplier of home products is seeking a:

Product Manager
Focused on the development and coordination of Water Treatment products, projects for domestic and international markets.  Product Manager responsibilities include water softeners, drinking water systems, replacement filters and water testing & analysis.
This role involves, coordinating, identifying and developing residential water treatments products for the North American and Global markets.  This will involve defining the product assortment for the appropriate channels as well as responsibility and involvement in costing, supplier selection and negotiations, product certification, compliance and the coordination of domestic and off shore products development, manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance testing/lab set up and production scheduling.
This candidate will also be required to assist in the development of product use & care manuals and product literature to ensure accuracy of technical information, product training for both internal and external customers as required, develop relevant training materials for dealer education and our website with the assistance of our marketing team.  Identify and investigate emerging product technologies and opportunities and provide industry info and a competitive analysis of products and competitors.
International travel is required as well as domestic and international trade shows or customer visits.

Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative.  The individual will be responsible for answering incoming customer service inquiries via telephone and email on a timely and accurate basis.  Other responsibilities to include following up with customers to ensure total customer satisfacation as well as other duties assigned.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience preferably in a service related area.

CHINA
Leading North American Water Treatment Company has several opportunities in a newly established Canadian/Chinese joint venture in Residential Water Treatment manufacturing, assembly and product development located in Beilun, Ningbo China as follows:

General Manager
Having a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing and/or product development in the Water Treatment Industry, the ideal candidate possesses a University Degree and will be responsible for “Hands-On” management of the Joint Venture including Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, Administration, and Domestic/Asia sales.  The GM will be required to travel and work closely with our Canadian Management and Engineering Team, Suppliers and Customers.  Fluent in Manadarin and English is required.

Product Development Engineer
Minimum 2 years experience in Product Development preferably in the Water Treatment Industry.  The ideal candidate will have a university degree in engineering with experience in CAD design & engineering software, developing prototypes, product testing and manufacturing processes and applications.  Fluent in Mandarin is required, English is an asset.

Manager, Manufacturing & Assembly
Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Processes, Product Procurement and Factory management preferably in the Water Treatment Industry.  The ideal candidate will work closely with our Product Engineers and must have a University Degree or equivalent work experience, and be “hands on” in establishing effective manufacturing processes for new and existing products in a quality environment. Fluent in Mandarin is required, English is an asset.
